Emma and Greyson are both in kindergarten this year.  They celebrated 100 days of school recently.

Emma lives in Windsor, Colorado and dressed as a 100 year old woman for her celebration.  (Hope I look that good when I’m 100)

Greyson lives in Calera, Alabama and went another route.  His mom printed a photo of him and cut it into 100 pieces.  He wanted 100 photos ~ so this was a compromise.

Happy February and Happy Valentine’s Day to this guy right here!  Buck and I have celebrated 47 Valentine Days together.  Here’s to many more.  I love you!!

Today I’m feeling a little empty so I thought this photo was appropriate.  My mother called this morning with her “pitiful” voice.  Asking me to come bring her paper in without actually ASKING... ya’ know?  She is 89 and many people think that is wonderful but for those of us that take care of her it can be burdensome (is that a word). I just want her to TRY.... try to get up ~ try to get dressed ~ try to DO something for herself.

Today is our daughter’s birthday.  

She lives in Windsor, Colorado.  

Wish I could be there to bake her a cake.

Birds of a feather flock together but looks like I may be the heaviest in my flock.

As we say good bye to another year ~ let’s get ready for a new one ~ a new month ~ new adventures!
