On June 11th I am going to be doing a 5k with all of the grandchildren and Lisa. Jennifer and Kim will be our cheering section. So I am getting on the treadmill today at 3mph and at a one tilt for 30 minutes. We have to finish in an hour and a half (easy) but I don't want to be the reason we have to slow down.
Retirement is a hateful process ~ so much to do that we haven't been doing ~ catch up on things we have let slide for WAY to long. Can you retire from retirement?
