Good morning ~ whatever time this is?  Is Daylight Savings Time in the Fall or Spring?  Whichever this is it started today.... and so am I.
Today starts hopefully (but we all know not) my last attempt to get in shape.  I would like to run my next 5k.... i think i can i think i can i think i can....
It's Sunday so we will be picking Mother up for worship and then on to lunch with some of the fam.  I will do laundry and Buck will "rest" until time for evening worship.  
I'm hoping to write down a few goals for myself and work on those EVERY DAY.  Who's with me????
