Here we are ~ the eleventh day of January 2017! Wow! Hope your year is going as planned. Mine took a slight detour when I got hit with the flu. Aren't flu shots supposed to take care of that? Guess mine ran out? Anyway, I am on the road to recovery and back on the treadmill. Taking things slow because I have a bad knee and because that's just how I roll.....
Buck is down with the flu and when I say down and mean DOWN. He has been sicker than me and seems like his is going to hang around longer than mine. He fell in the middle of the night last week - that was scary!
Time to sign up for 5ks everywhere. I keep getting emails and have even got a couple of calls. I know I will do the one for Heart (Buck), Dementia (Daddy), and Breast Cancer (Wanda). I would LOVE to be able to jog them ~ I'm not saying a flat out run to the finish but a decent jog. That's what I'm working on...
