Greyson and I did the Walk to End Alzheimer's and I had so much fun with him this year. He played the games they had set up, we ate cotton candy, did our walk, and got a popsicle. He is a trouper for sure and we walked a while, stopped for a drink of water, walked some more.
This past Saturday I did the Breast Cancer Awareness 5K by myself. I did not give up AND I managed to do it in under an hour (55. 04 minutes).
Today we went to the orthopedic doctor for Buck's shoulder. He got a steroid shot and a set of exercises. We will revisit him in six weeks to discuss any changes ~ good or bad.
