Well, the weigh in was not BAD but not GREAT either. I have about three more weeks until my doctor appointment so NO CHEATING on the eating or exercise.
Today I am meeting Mother and Teresa for lunch ~ I will not have dessert I will not have dessert!!!
A week from Thursday I am heading to Colorado for a week with Jennifer and fam. Sarah and Claire will be out for Spring Break. I'm hoping I can convince myself to get up and moving early ~ go for a walk at least EVERY day.
