Doctor appointment today ~ weight NOT GOOD ~ back to the salad, walking, "happy thoughts". Seems I eat more when I'm sad or stressed.
On the up side ~ got to spend a week with Jennifer and fam. Fun was had by ALL!
Not quite over that trip before I headed to Mississippi with Buck for a two night excursion. Had to be on the road at 5 a.m. yesterday in order to be back in Jasper in time to drive Mother to the doctor ~ won't do THAT again ~ I'm still tired!
