Confession time ~ I weighed this morning and I have found the two pounds I lost. This is what happens when you go to eat with family and have dessert (strawberry shortcake) and grab a fast food lunch (hotdog and Coke float) and DON'T get on the treadmill ALL week!
I also suffer from stress eating.... there, I said it. I eat when I'm troubled, I eat when I'm sad, I eat when I have nothing to do....
