Here's the thing.... I did not weigh this morning. Yesterday, after supper, Buck asked if I wanted to go for ice cream. ICE CREAM!?! Of course I went! So I give myself a swift kick in the tush and move on. Hopefully by next Monday I will have outdone myself by eating well and exercising EVERY DAY.
