No social media on my phone has been difficult but doable.  I have also decided to be totally free on Sundays ~ no social media.  It was nice just reading a book, watching a little TV, and not worrying that I may have missed something.


Here's my new dilemma....how to "inspire" myself to get up and moving EVERY day in an effort to be healthier and in better physical shape. 


Any suggestions???

I just tell myself it is something I have to do. Make it a part of my day like work. If I allow myself to think of it as "ehhh it can wait till tomorrow"...tomorrow will come and go and I will still be sitting there thinking "eh I will go tomorrow" I will try and find some motivations to send you :)

Veteran’s Day in America Buck and Chuck were Navy Seabees,  Their dad was Navy Fleet.  Apparently VERY different.  Had to get some work done...
